I have methadone and clonipin to use for pain in my fractured neck how much of each is safe to take?

I understand that because these came from 2 doctors I should be careful but that the effect of the 2 together can be simalar to using heroin which I have never done but I am in crazy pain so I don’t want to OD on thaksgiving so what’s the limit I have 10 mg metadone and I am taking 90mg perday and the clonipin is one or 2 at night
