Santa Barbara Physician Admits To Distributing Prescription Drugs
A Santa Barbara physician that federal prosecutors say was known as “Candy Man” pleaded guilty Thursday to several counts of distributing prescription drugs like oxycodone, methadone and hydrocodone without legitimate medical reasons.
