my son claims that the pills lortab, perocet and methodone are all the same in a urine test, so i would not be sure what i think he has taken also he claims that all the pills are gone after 3 days in a urine test please help

It depends on the test. A cheap, quick test would show all as “opiates”. A more detailed expensive test could separate them out.
Lortabs & Percocets are fairly short acting. Methadone is THE longest acting narcotic.
BTW, where did your son get to be a drug expert?
